Error synchronizing project

    Question

  • Every time I choose a file then click next it says " Error synchronizing project" and that ( the temporary directory is not accessible)!!
Where is the temporary directory found?
I tried every thing in the options and properties but nothing has worked!
My dad is an IT manager for computers and even he couldn't figure it out!!!
Do I have to delete my program?
Please help me because I really love this DVD Maker....
What should I do? how can I fix the problem?
By the way the same projects did work but now they dont so I dont get it.
I may have changed something but I dont know what.

You may need to check the tags. If there is any non-English character, remove it.

  • To prevent the "Error Synchronizing Project" you must convert your audio files from MP3 (or other) to WMA (Windows Media Audio file). You can get a free converter from CNET, and it is really easy to use. The link is http://download.cnet.com/Koyote-Free-Mp3-Wma-Converter/3000-2140_4-10442362.html. Once I converted the audio files to WMA I had no problem and the DVD was created perfectly! You most likely will have to start your project over from scratch, but going forward you won't have any problems.
