When I click "Store", The following error messege dispalyed:
"We weren’t able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection time out. Please wait a few minutes and try again."
I set proxy off on etworking setting, and started windows store service, and runed "WSReset.exe". the problem still not solved.
I login in with a domain ID, and used to connect store.
There is a number(7 apps need to be updated ) on the store tile.
I tried to login with a local user ID, but still got failed.
Why??? Please help me.
Please try to disable the firewall and the anti-virus programs to test issue again.
