installing itunes to windows 7, ipod sync

  • i just bought a new computer, with windows 7. how do i install itunes properly, when i tried it said to download a 64-bit version, where do i find this?

     

    and also, once i've installed, is my ipod going to be wiped clean of everything when i try to sync?
