    Question

  • Hey guys. I have been playing around with this system for hours on end now and I need some backup. Windows has been reloaded. Bios has been updated. Drivers have been updated. But I am still getting this error message. The computer was originally brought in as it would not shut down (it hung at Shutting Down), when you closed the lid it would not wake up, SD card and USB recognition issues, and general software hangs (Excel and Word not responding). I have exhausted what I can do, and I need some help.
