  • 1. Have you tried to return to previous restore point?

    2. Would you give more data on the history of installation, software configuration and exact listing from Event logs and WindowsUpdate?

    3. This is new installation? (Otherwise you would use different forum.)

    I found out the effected computer never did windows update from the day I setup OS. So system restore is no use.

    What kind of logs do you want to see?

    From our wusu serve, we can see the effected computer, but status is "0%, not yet reported".

    In-place upgrade is not the same as reinstall system. Performing a repair installation will not damage files and applications that are currently installed on your computer.<//span>
