Windows 7 Load Driver Error during installation

    Question

  • I have windows 7 Image: student version from http://www.e-academy.com/.
    Afrer Burning DVD and starting clean boot instalation.
    I'm getting following error. this error apears after selekting language. On the next screen.
    Error message is:
    Load Driver
    No device driver were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers and then click OK.

    I have installed Widows 7 RC in past without problems on the same computer.

  • Hello Mrlunacy,

     

    Before going any further, I want to know whether your computer has the RAID/ SATA controller on the motherboard. If so, I suggested you should find the right driver on the official website and then copy the raid driver in you flash disk or floppy disk for the additional driver provided by mother board manufacturer before installing Windows 7 pro. After loading driver, the disk volume list will come back. Hopefully my reply makes sense for you.

  • Hi, What happening is that W7 is not detecting the harddisk, Can you check your bios to see if it see your harddisk. Also check the power cables and (IDE & SATA cables. ) are they connected firmly to the harddisk. Slan go foill, Paul

  • Everything is ok with hard drive.
    Right now on one partition. I'm going to format it is working Winodws XP.
    And on other partition is Working Windows 7 RC.
