Windows 8.1 Pro Power_Driver_State_Failure message

    WINDOWS ACTIVATION: WINDOWS IS ACTIVATED

    Sometimes when I use a software(like Chrome) or install a software,I receive a blue screen error.And sometimes when USB flash disk gets connected with my PC,it can also show me the same message. Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated .  Thanks!
