I received this error today when trying to start one of my favorite programs for the first time. "The program can't start because WMVCore2.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I will admit, I have not tried the suggestion yet because I just installed the program. The program is Sony's Acid 4.0 Pro. EXE file is acid40.exe. It is an older program and that may be the problem. The weird part is that if I click the OK box, the program starts up and appears at first glance to function normally. Any help is appreciated. Maybe it is just a glitch of some sort.
UPDATE: I have not received this error again. It only appeared upon running the software for the first time.
