pease help with my internet problem BEX!!

  • ok when i try to use my internet explorer the original one i think it 32 bit... a little box comes up saying Internet Explorer has stopped working and i check on the little detailes thing and it says this

    so i have to use the internet explorer 64 bit....the wierd thing is that at night time around 1 in the morning i try to use it and it works fine!! somebody please help me i dont kno much about how to fix any problems for my computer!!

  • If the issue persists after trying the suggestions in the post Barb provided, please access Clean Boot to check the issue. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, you can continue to narrow down which entry is causing the issue.

     

    Also, if the issue occurred after installing some software, please uninstall it to check the result.
