Solidworks

    Question

  •

I have Solidworks 06 Installed on Vista and It has serious video issues. I have also sent a message to Nvidia to let them know incase its just a driver issue I dont believe it is because I tried it with a ATI9700pro and a BFG6800gt and had the exact same video problem. I am currently building a dual opteron system using PCI express and would like to take advantage of the expansion that Vista will support. Plus the Icon is some wierd generic thing. I know having CAD/CAM programs work flawlessly in Vista will be a big plus.

  • Are you using in-box drivers or the video card suppliers drivers?

  • Hi,

Which Vista Version (Home/Premium/...?) is this...?

what is your machine..I mean 32-bit or 64-bit...?

Have you tried with any other version of solidworks like 2005 or 2007?
