Factory Reset Windows 7 ?

    Question

  • Hello,

Is there a way to Factory Reset Windows 7 just like the option what we get in cell phones ?

BTW, I am using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

I am asking this since, on my Windows 7, I couldn't get an particular application working no matter what I had tried, the application installs properly however it doesnt work. I checked with the application vendor the only suggestion what I got is to re-install Windows 7. I wouldn't want to reinstall OS due to license restrictions.

I tried following to get the application working but in vain

Used Ccleaner to clear temp files, registry

    Tried last known good configuration

Uninstalled and installed problematic application numerous times, every time deleting application registry keys

It would be nice if there is way to make my windows 7 installation just like freshly installed one.

    Any suggestions please ?

    Thanks !
