i was using vmware product on my pc as admin, to have linux as a second operating system inside vmware, after i uninsatlled vmware software ,it gave above errer code:0X80070037, and disapperes my second connected hard drive from MyCoputer window,and doesnt let any copying i cant format disk as i have some important data on it ..

According to your description, I suggest to check the disk first:
Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD
Click 'Run as Administrator'
At the Command Prompt, type: chkdsk /r /f

i tried using chkdsk utility then it gave me following output:

also when i tried using with option parameters as /F /R
then it stated that there is not sufficient space on disk to recover bad clusters,though i have 1tb hdd of 'seagate'
