While watching any streaming videos, especially on, say, twitchtv-- I have a friend who streams his Starcraft 2 games-- the video
will freeze briefly, usually for no more than 3-5 seconds at a time, and usually not more often than once every 30-90 seconds. The screen does not flicker/turn black, the video just hangs for a few seconds. There is no audio lag, only video-- audio continues
with no interruptions. Videos that are not being live-streamed, such as ones on YouTube, seem fine.
I run Windows 7 on an HP laptop. My drivers are up to date, that was the first thing I checked.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this problem might be, and any other things I can try to fix it? Please let me know if I can provide any more information. I'm not very tech savvy, so I apologize if I left out something
