    Question

  • When I start my laptop (Window 7) this message keep appearing. can you help fix it?  C:\kernel\r00t3r could not be found

  • Hi,

    Please test this issue in the Clean Boot environment.

    Click the Start Button type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.

    In the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". Then, restart the computer.
