    Hi,

    Before moving on troubleshooting, I suggest you visit Windows Vista Compatibility Center to check if the games have compatibility problem with Windows Vista.

    Windows Vista Compatibility Center

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/

    In addition, you can try to take the following steps to install the games.

    Install game in Compatibility mode

    ==================================

    1.Go to the program folder, find the setup file, right click it, and choose "Properties"

    2.Please ensue the following options are checked.

    Compatibility mode [Windows XP SP2],

    Disable visual themes

    Disable desktop composition.

    Run this program as an administrator.

    3.Click OK.

    Run the setup file by Administrator Privilege

    ==================================

    Go to the program folder, find the setup file, right click it, and choose "Run as administrator".

    Hope it helps.
