  • Hello,

Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidump). Once done, post a link here.

If you want to debug dump files by yourself, refer to that: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263

  • Hi,

Please run "sfc /scannow"(without quotes) command first, then perform a clean boot and check it again.

In addition, could you provide more information and upload your *.dmp files? I am very glad to help you.
