  • Hello!

I am writing to once again request the aid of the amazing community in order to find the issue causing my current series of blue screens!

It started roughly 1 week ago and tends to happen when I am trying to tab between multiple programs while also clicking tabs on my Google Chrome browser, I have noticed at these points my RAM usage is often incredibly high and am initially wondering if I am simply running out of RAM, which would explain the lockup.

My mini dump file is here, if someone could take a look it would be very much appreciated =D

  • The DMP file indicates that a Stop 0x00000116 (VIDEO_TDR_ERROR) occurred: this indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
The faulting module was atikmpag.sys, the driver for an ATI video card: try updating your video drivers to the most updated available version.

    Bye.
