I have a Multipoint 2011 server and need to run Chrome for Espresso in a Primary School; we have 18 screens.
The issue is Espresso requires IE tab installed, but we need to make sure this is installed and enabled for all users. Is there a way to install IE tab on a multiuser system and enable it for all users.
Alternately, is it possible to start Chrome from a command line and enable IE tab and go straight to the Espresso website. This would allow use to copy a pre-configured short cut to the users desktops.
Is that all the IE Tab plugin does in Chrome - run an instance of IE?
The thing is IE is a nightmare on Multipoint running Espresso due to its media rich content and will continue to crash. Chrome seems to run it with few problems but we were advised to run IE tab by support at Espresso to make the browser more compatible, it appears to work like a dream.
The issue is how to setup Chrome and the IE tab plugin for all users with as little interaction as possible.
