Hi
i've recently install and configure a new WSUS server but when i tried to synchronise it, i have the following error (For your information, i can contact Wiundows Update manually without probelm and i use a transparent proxy

This is a known issue... and one known fix is to:
- Cancel out of the wizard.
- Install KB2734608 (from the Microsoft Download Center).
- Restart the setup wizard from the Options page.
