Carry out register command

    Question

  • Hi, Everyone

    If user do not have a administrative rights to carry out the register command such as msimn /reg or outlook /register.

    Is it any way in order to do it ?? Most of computers are running Windows XP Pro sp3. Two set of computers are running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

    I know to some program need to "run as" command to install into the computer but I do not know how to carry out "run as msimn /reg" or run as outlook /reg". Would you mind to explain in detail ??

    User has not an administrative rights, how to carry out the command "msimn /reg" ?? Because the user cannot open the Outlook Express. I follow up the below a articles of MS
