Speed up Browsing by disabling add-ons

    Question

  • Hi,

Does any one know a way with Group Policy to disable this pop-up in IE9? Keeps appearing, and is not necessary IMO.

    Much Thanks,

    Ben

  • Hi Ben,

    Thank you for your question.

As long as there is at least one computer running Windows Vista/2008 or later, It is recommended to configure "Internet Settings" by using GP Preferences.

  • Hi Ben,

I'm not sure when GPP for IE9 would be supported by “official”. I think that editing XML is just a trick, you certainly can try it.
