  • Hi,

It seems that there are some problem in startup can’t be load properly.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. Click Start Menu, type “msconfig” in Run, you will get System Configuration

    2. Navigate to Startup tab.

    3. Uncheck all the box.

  • Hello

RunDll no module found - appears at startup of windows -  antivirus software not removing all the infected files - In my case a .dll file

Norton support said download Norton Eraser

Norton Eraser program found some bad .dll files but not the one that was giving me the error message.

Mr Hu had the fix - msconfig - startup tab - I unchecked all programs labeled unknown

    Thanks Vincent
