  • Hi MNYash,

    Thanks for posting here.

Will system resolve the FQDN aaaa.xyz.com to192.168.22.1 if we perform “nslookup aaaa.xyz.com” on client ? please check and post back the results here.

Meanwhile, could please first clean the ARP and DNS cache on client and see if will work properly with IP address.

Clean ARP Cache : ARP –d . Clean DNS cache: ipconfig /flushdns .

    Thanks.

  • Just an idea:There is slight difference, that may play the role. If you write in Run

    \\ip_address

nothing happens but after adding backslash

    \\ip_address\

and all shared folders would apprear in the list.

Would you reveal which syntax have you used. Hope it looks like this one

    net use t: \\IP_address\shared_folder password /user:domain_name\user_name

    Regards

  • Please check all your domain controllers where they are saving security logs have sufficient space this problem starts when any of your domain controller does not have space to save security, application and event logs on drive.
