What is the main administrative snap-in tool to manage the web server on Windows 2003? What methods are available to fine-tune the performance of the web server?

  • It depends what you are using it could Appache or IIS or etc.

    Standard for Windows 2003 is IIS (Internet Insormation Services), it can be managed through Internet Information Services Management Console (IIS MMC). You can find it in Administrative Tools.
