Hive Cleanup for 2008

    Question

  • Is there a Hive Cleanup tool for Server 2008?  The only one I see is for 2003 and in its description it says it won't work on x64.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the post.

UPHClean beta build (2.0.49.0) is the latest bits and will stay the only code available for the forseable future.  This code works well for most people (> 99%).  It does not function on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 nor Windows Server 2008 R2.

You could get more information about UPHClean through our UPHClean blog:

    Hope this helps.
