AD Connector not completing

I have configured the AD connector and although it starts to run it would get to for instance 50% through and just stop. In the GUI the status remains 'Running' however it is never completing.
If you look in the Operations Manager event log you see the following error:
An exception was thrown while processing UpsertUserRoles for session ID uuid:05e8a13c-885f-4d68-92f8-4202f162ada5;id=177.
Exception message: The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.
Full Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UserRoleUserUnresolvedException]: The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UserRoleUserUnresolvedException: Unable to resolve the user Domain\User.Name associated with the user role. Error code 1332. Check your active directory configuration.).This is then shortly followed by this one:
A monitoring host is unresponsive or has crashed. The status code for the host failure was 2164195371.I have tried to delete the connector and recreate by hit the same issue not always at 50% it did get as far as 92% when first created.
This is the connector in our production environment, we do have a connector in the UAT environment to the same domain which is working fine.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks
Mark

Few questions:
Do you see the above error everytime the connector fails?
Are the Production SCSM server in the same AD site as the UAT servers?Could you email the Operations Manager event log to scsmbeta [at] live [dot] com?

Hi Manoj,
Is does seem that way. The connector goes up in percentage completed, I then receive the error and the connector does not move on. I have checked this morning and the connector still says running at 92%
Yes the environments are in the same AD site.
I will forward the event log on to the address given.
Thanks
Mark
