    hello all

    i am new in exchange 2010,and i install again exchange 2010  i register my domain and entered ns record in public dns

    create mx record ptr record,in dns.

    created send coonnector mailn box in exhange 2010.

    but ican send email to internet,for example i can send email to bahare@sitt.ir

    but i can not send email to bahare@yahoo.com

    please help me

    You should check your message tracking logs, or the outbound queue for the error. It may be that your external IP address is on a Real Time Blocklist.

    hi,

    Only yahoo that you can't send?

    If you can't send mail to some domains, you should receive NDR. What's the result of the NDR? Post here.

    If you have't received it, i think you should use the message tracking log or queue viewer to find some more useful information about your issue to help us to troubleshoot your problem.

    Hi

    Access the following link to know whether you domain is under block List. check whether this problem is occuring for only yahoo domain or other domains also.

    Please remember to not mark as answer before we resolve your issue or the problem is fixed by yourself.

    You can use two methods to search message tracking log, use EMS or EMC.

    About message tracking log you can see:

    i dont know why my MX record doesnot foud?

    i create PTR record in revers look up zoon in public DNS

    and MX and SPF record in forward look up zone in public DNS

    i think i should create PTR(that to point my mail server) record in DC+dns (my main DNS)

    Hiya,

    As you're on RBLs you need to investigate each one to see why. If you can't remove yourself, consider using a smarthost/relay service like most hosted anti spam providers provide.

    GFI have just released one called MailEssentials Online and it is fairly straightforward to configure and there is a free trial. I've reviewed it here: http://www.stevieg.org/2012/05/checking-out-gfi-mailessentials-online/

    Alternatively, you can just use a relay service like you'll find provided by DynDNS http://dyn.com/email/

    Hiya,

    Understood, this is why I suggested looking at a) requesting removal from RBLs you are on or b) using a third-party relay service.

    Option B may be your simplest option, as it will be the provider's resposibility to ensure that their relay is not on RBLs.

    my problem now is my exchange server send email tokimo.com and yahoo.com.tw and my queue viwer will become full

    and whwn i remove it my exchange send email,but whwn it is full it is not work.

    how can i prevent my wxchange server to send email to yahoo.com.tw.?when i suspend it again it start.

    I think it means  black list which will cause that you can't send mail to internet or some specific domains.

    Please follow our troubleshoot steps, tell us the answer of our question. If you solve your issue yourself, tell us how do you fix it. Then you ask a new question.  Thanks bahare. This is really helpful to us. And it is really helpful to those who also have the same issue of you.

    Can you find some error under the lase error tab in the queue viewer. You mail should not queued in the queue. We should fix the problem instead of prevent it.

    If you really want to prevent your exchange send mail to yahoo.com.tw, i think you can use transport rule to delete these messages.

    u know my problem for sending email to internet was in exhange managmant ToolBox Queue Viewer queue,when i delete QUeue(emty it) exchange server send email to the  internet ,now my problem is in Queue  message count   sudenly increse very much  for example yahoo.com.tw massage account is 996 or kimo.com massage increase to 996 .....and when i suspend it , again yahoo.com.tw create otomatically and increase message account again, i dont know why.

    thanks to help me and guid me in every thing.forgive me if i explain bad.

    sitt.ir. IN MX 10 sitt.ir.pri-mx.ap0109.smtproutes.com.
    sitt.ir. IN MX 90 sitt.ir.bak-mx.ap0109.smtpbak.com.

    now please let me know in public dns i should create new zone with the name of smtpbak.com

    and then craete mx record?
