Error Installing exchange server 2010

  I have the different an error;

   

  The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();
            install-ContentIndexingService -HubOnlyFilterRegistration
          " was run: "srcFile: 'C:\Windows\System32\korwbrkr.dll', is NOT existed".
  srcFile: 'C:\Windows\System32\korwbrkr.dll', is NOT existed

  
  [ERROR-REFERENCE] Id=BridgeheadComponent___0491735b4880450d9e9b7aa3e0ac1f0b Component=EXCHANGE14:\Current\Release\Shared\Datacenter\Setup
  Setup is stopping now because of one or more critical errors.

  TN72: I also would like to know what is this, because I cannot install nor uninstall Exchange 2010 (mailbox rule fails)...

  doesn't help: setting default input language to english, and copying en directory (5 files) of setup pack into other languages

  I did also follow these instructions:

  Hi Sunil,

  I am getting exactly the same problem installing Exchnge 2010 Sp1 on Windows 2008 Enterprise R2.  All the pre-req installing successfully. The installation fails during the installation of the HUB Trans role.

  Does anyone know the cause of this problem.

  Had the same error.  Copied the korwbrkr.dll from the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory and paste it into the System32 directory -- the install completed.
