问题Auto-Attendant Routing

    Running a full deployment of OCS R2 with no PBX, Exchange 2007.

    We have enabled auto-attendant to respond to inbound calls "Dial 1 to say an employee's name, Dial 2 for the operator."  If they dial 1 and say the name of the CEO, we want them transfered to the operator anyway.  The CEO also has his own DID number and we do not want those calls filtered through the operator or secretary.  I assume from all that I have read that call delegation would route all calls to his number to the delegate except where the person has made exemptions.

    How do we map his name to dial the operator when his name is spoken to the auto-attendant?
