Exchange Active Sync not Syncing mails from Inbox folder

Hi,
Iam facing issue with Exchange Active Sync emails not getting sync on mobile device through Active sync protocol, but i can able to sync mails through Blackberry device also i have tested through https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com and result sucessful.
Only issue is while testing Inbox sync returned 0 messages as expected is 2, below are the test results, please guide me
Iam using exchange 2003 standard edition in front-end/back-end.

What are those 2 messages? Can you see them in OWA?
Can you test the same device with another mailbox and another device with the same user?
All that looks good.
Also, check the IIS Logs to see what they say.

Hi thanks for your reply.
I can able to see the two messages through OWA and also i have tested this on multiple mailboxes along with test mailbox(which created for temporarily) but unable to sync mails from inbox.
If i configure the same ID through blcakberry i can able to sync mails properly, but not through Microsoft active sync(also checked on various deices, same issue).
IIS logs details for active sync as below, can you please help on analyzing this logs.

2012年3月28日 9:55On Blackberry mails are properly syncing but on Exchange Active sync devices it's not syncing, but i can compose and send mails without any issues.

the results are same as live mailbox no difference, results below.

What device are you using?
Is it running the latest firmware/update?
