UocDropDownList which id editable for user

Hi,
Quick question;
If I do a RCDC and create a UocDropDownList field with several values. Is there a way to also let the user edit this value when opening the form? So combine UocDropDownList and UocTextBox and let the user decide to either select one of the values or type in a custom value?
