  Greetings, "IT Managers"!  This is a forum just for you.  With the creation of the new IT Manager Community Hub on TechNet (http://technet.microsoft.com/itmanagement), we decided that even more than just giving you links to resources, we wanted to make this a community.  To do that, we've created this forum to help facilitate discussion. 
  
  Do you have a question?  Comment?  Best practice?  Complaint?  Share it here.  I and several of my team mates, as well as a few Microsoft MVPs, will help keep the discussion lively and focused.  We'll provide any answers we have to direct questions.. but this is more than just about Q&A.  Create a discussion around any topic you like. 
  
  For example, as a former IT Manager, I'm interested to know what kinds of issues you're dealing with around people and project management.  How long do you work with an under-performing employee?  What is the best way you've found to keep people on track and motivated?  What works best for you when communicating a change that will eventually benefit (of course), but may initially negatively impact the productivity of your users?
