Sysprep audit mode question

Hi
I wanted to edit an image to add applications and configurations in it..
On my image machine i did cd C:\Windows\system32\sysprep, sysprep /audit
Now when my machine restarts, it starts with an Win7 installation.. What do i do now? i do not want all my stuff to be lost if i install this
Im not familiar with imaging and sysprepping, can someone please help me??
