Has anybody, anywhere managed to solve this infuriating HID Non-User Input Filter problem? Windows update constantly detects the fact that it needs updating but fails every single time to install it. I'm runnin XP PRO SP3, fully updated and am getting fed up with this annoyance! Is Microsoft actually doing anything to solve this? Every suggestion for a cure that I've found on the web fails to work.
The thread might have gone quiet but the problem persists for XP users. Microsoft MUST find a fix for this as they have caused the problem in the first place. This error message only started appearing a few months ago for me, presumably after one of Windows automatic updates.
