Lync Client for Blackberry

Hi All,
Is there a way to ensure that users get Lync IM on their PC as well as on their Blackberry devices. Assuming they are logged on both of them.
We came across a few cases where users receive IMs on their Blackberry and it does not show up on their PC...
Thanks
V

There is really going to need to be more detail. ;-)
But typically a Lync IM will go to the lync client that has most recently been active: mobile or desktop.

Thanks Matt,
So what I understand is whichever device is most recently signed into receives the IMs.
I was just wondering if there is a way that we can allow users to receive IMs on PC as well as Blackberry simultaneously. There have been few cases where users did not check their Blackberry while working on their PC and messages are skipped.
Would be nice if IMs can be popped up on PC as well as Blackberry.
Thanks
V

the way lync works is it goes to 1 lync client. not all. ;-) this is the design mentality and it is part of the greater way Lync works so it is not just a small tweak to change it.
your second question i can help (on the Pc)
