OCS2007R2 syns outlook2010

hi , admin, we found that one question need you resolve.
it is no problem when we use OCS2007R2 and OUTLOOK2007. The OCS message history can be stored in the outlook. but when update to outlook 2010 , this problem happend.
1.the OCS option alreday select "stored the message history"
2.the OCS no any error remind, just remind that the outlook not the default mail problem when OCS start. but when setup the outook2010 to the default mail , it also have this issue.
could you help resolve it?

2012年5月23日 0:57 i already konw this reason, my OCS2007R2 is 32 Bytes. and OFFICE 2010 is 64 Bytes
