office 2007 新建文档无法保存，未响应

office 2007无论是word excel新建文件点击保存或另存为都无响应，只能结束进程。尝试过重新安装程序也无法解决。事件日志报错如下：EventType officelifeboathang, P1 winword.exe, P2 12.0.6541.5000, P3 ntdll.dll, P4 5.1.2600.5755, P5 NIL, P6 NIL, P7 NIL, P8 NIL, P9 NIL, P10 NIL

To create a new file by office 2007, it can not be save or save as ,the process will be no respond. try to reinstall this application, the same issue! check the error message as bellow:EventType officelifeboathang, P1 winword.exe, P2 12.0.6541.5000, P3 ntdll.dll, P4 5.1.2600.5755, P5 NIL, P6 NIL, P7 NIL, P8 NIL, P9 NIL, P10 NIL

请尝试以安全模式启动word，看问题是否依然出现，为此，您可以：
开始→运行→winword.exe /safe→确定

I forgot to close this question, and I try to do like you said, but it's no effect. Thanks for your answer. I'm already reinstall this computer . I hope someone can fix this issue in next time!

试试查找你机器中的normal.dotm，找到并删除它，再看看上述问题是否依旧出现？

2012年5月17日 9:32两个方式都用过了，还是不行，新建的不能保存，保存就无响应。
