Task not appearing in lookup

2012年4月13日 8:04Hello, I am new to Sharepoint and Im using sharepoint designer 2010. I designed a workflow in visio 2010 and imported it into the designer. There is a collect data from user activity in the flow and next to it is a compare data condition. Now the task that Ive created in the data field of collect data from user activity is not appearing in the lookup when im trying to compare one of the field values on its form, in the condition. Can somebody please help me out.

Hi ,
I understand that you want to use the collect data form field in the condition part .You need click the Refresh button which is next to stop button (the red x on the top ). So that the field will show up .The collect data from user action will output the task id in the variable :collect .You can use the ID to find the specific item .
