  Hi Santosh,

  How did the user name display in your request email alert ?

  The request email alert shows both the user account and display name format as Domain\UserName(Display Name) by design, you can check the image5 in the following article. The requester can also input his "display name" in textbox within the "Request Access" page (reqacc.aspx) as a workaround,

  This is expected behaviour in claims based authetication.

  Need to change or update the code in access request template
