Cumulative update question

Say, I already installed
- Cumulative update package 5 for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
Can I install
- Cumulative update package 1 for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1?
I am not sure if I am doing right. Each Cumulative update has different fix set right?

2012年4月18日 2:13版主 No CU5 should by definition include fixes in CU1 and CU2 and CU3 and CU4 plus new fixes.. that is why it is called cumulative.
