USB Device using the Microsoft HID driver v 6.1.7601.17514 causes USB Video Capture app to crash.

I have a Turning Point rapid response USB receiver along with a Samsung SDP-860 Document Camera hooked up to a windows 7 x64 bit system. The Turning Point receiver is using the Microsoft HID driver version 6.1.7601.17514. When I attempt to launch the software for the document camera with the USB receiver plugged in, I get an .Net framework error "Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application...". If the Turning point receiver is not plugged in the program starts up just fine. This behavior is consistent among all our machines. What might be causing this error?

Hi,
To reinstall the related device drivers first, the USB video capture device needs to be reinstalled. You’d better contact the manufacture for assistance.
