Windows 7 network user

2012年6月8日 19:12Is there a way to make a network account from windows 7 without a server? I share files on my PC but only want specific people to access them. I could greate accounts for them on my PC that they can use to logon to a shared folder over a network but I also dont want them to have the ability to logon to my PC.

In short, no. You will need a server of some sort whether it is a Windows server with Active Directory or a Linux based LDAP (much harder to configure) server. In either case, you will need a server to have a network account.
