IBM Server X3655 SAS Drive will support windows virtual server role or not.

Hey i am facing lot of prob when i am trying to load windows 2003 or windows 2008 or suse or Oracle Linux on virtual Machine.
IBM has provided server guide CD through which you can install windows or Linux OS , however i am able to install windows 2008 RC0 directly on the server without using server guide.
When i try to install virtual machine with windows 2003 i have provided image path with windows 2003 ISO when virtual machine starts it cannot boot form ISO so i provided image path to D drive which my DVD drive and inserted server guide CD virtual machine boots and loads the server guide however it is not able to load GUI and it throws error stating it required 256MB of RAM available. I am having 14 GB of RAM and i have allocated 3000MB to RAM on my virtual machine.
When i try to install Linux suse or oracle Linux the virtual machine keeps on stopping and starting, however i get installation prompt and when i does not install.
Pls help me i am in trouble.
