Sharepoint for HR

  I am looking at Sharepoint as a tool for our recruiting department with the following function:
  
  - setting up portals for each business unit (about 10-11 of them) with the following content:
      - Calendar - whatever is easiest with a month at a glance view
      - virtual mail (resume submissions to the manager from the internal recruiting department - we don't use exchange
      - hiring activity report - excel 
      - chat/notes function
  
  Is there anyone that might be interested in taking this on as a pt project remotely? If so please call me at 604.638.4819d.
