    What I'd try is running regedit through either safemode, logged in as admin, or using ERD commander.  Then in regedit do a search for skp66 and delete every key that has it in it.  Then do a file search for it.. probably in %systemroot%/system32/.  then edit your autoexec.bat to delete or rename it at startup. Then change it back once you know it's dead.
