    Can "change management" be named as "managed change" without loosing the essence of ITIL framework.

    Hi Bitha,


    I think that Change Management is the Process (the actions) and Managed Change is a change this was managed. So, if you are using the Change Management process you can call this like you want, that you fallow the best practices     J
