    Hi all.

    I sent the same message to BizTalk twice and got the EDIFACT CONTRL Acknowledgment Error 26 (duplicate detected) as expected.
    But what happens to the message sent? Is it deleted from the system or stored in a database. And if it is stored, in which database?

    I did not build any error handling into my application, so it still uses standard settings for failed messages.

    Any help would be fine,

        You can see the stored pauloads in the DB(BizTalkDTADb table EdiMessageContent). For more information you can go to:

    Hi,
        In the Biztalk Party edi properties common settings there is setting"Store trasactionset/paylod" . If it is clicked yes then it will store your messages to data base.
