we actually figured it out by going into printer properties in the virtual printer that Live Meeting installs and changing to landscape on printing preferences.  It works.

    Hi

I did a test locally and find that after uploading the landscape PDF it didn’t turn to Portrait as you said but is flipped 180°, displayed up-side-down. Even after converting the file to .mdi file, the problem still exists. I have confirmed that this is a known issue of LiveMeeting and the product group is investigating this issue but not know when this problem will be fixed.

    Hope this helps.

I experienced this same issue recently. This workaround does work.. but it would mean that this setting would need to be changed accordingly before uploading your PDFs.. Very inconvenient if you have a mix of portrait and landscape documents.. Is there any way to change the orientation live during the meeting?
