問題Annonymous Access, Disabling My Sites

We have a publishing site that is set for anon access. It is on port 8080. I have extended the web application to port 80 and everything is set for anon access (including IIS) through ISA 2006. How do I define the default page/site that is published to my front-end server IP? Instead of the root on the server, my site is located at http://mysitename.com/sites/site1.

Currently, when externally accessed I go to http://servername.com and I get "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource."

Also, I have had this up before and it took users to MySites. How do I disable that?

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hi,

I will let someone else advise you on the ISA configuration portion of your question.  To disable MySites:

    Go to the Central Administration
Click on your SSP (If you have more than one SSP, select the one that is running the MySites functionality under "User Profiles and My Sites" click Personalization Services Permissions)

Select the group you want to limit the functionality for.  More than likely you will just have NTAuthority\Authenticated Users or Everyone.

On the next page you will see a list of checkboxes,
Tick the check-box to disable MySites uncheck "Create Personal Site"
Tick the check-box to disable MyLinks uncheck "Use Personal Features"

    Hopefully that helps,

    Sincerely,
    Karl

All MySite questions go (only) to Social Computing.

    Moving this.

Can you send me the AAMs for the web apps which is facing problems and AAM for the MYSITE. Also post the IIS website hostheaders.
