已答覆My Clients are not communicating with WSUS 3.0 SP1

    Hi All,

    I have upgraded from WSUS 2.0 to WSUS 3.0 SP1, it was working fine but suddently all the clients are not communicating with the WSUS server.

    When i checked, i see the request is send by the client but WSUS server is not responding. I know the issue is with WSUS server .


    Can any onehelp me

    i have attached my logs.

    Hi Arvind,

    Please open IIS Manager, check the IIS for the virtual directory "selfupdate" under WSUS Adminitrator website.

    If it did not exists, please manually create the vitural directory(the default local path should be C:\Program Files\Update Services\Selfupdate) in IIS and giving it anonymous access.

    Then restart the Windows Update Service.
